To help us keep things running smoothly, we kindly ask for two clear business days' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This gives us the chance to offer your appointment time to someone else.

If you miss an appointment without letting us know in advance, we’ll need to charge the full fee for that appointment.

We understand life can get busy, but multiple cancellations or no-shows may result in extra steps, like requiring prepayment for future appointments.
