  • Intalink Therapy Solutions is not a bulk billing practice.

    Eligible clients can receive Medicare rebates and use HICAPS to claim from their private health insurance.

    All consultation and session fees will be discussed when booking your appointment and are due on the day of your session.

  • At Intalink Therapy Solutions, our payment terms require payment on the day of service. Since we often provide services off-site, such as at exciting venues, clients' homes, or childcare centres, we use the secure Tyro credit card payment system to process payments on behalf of our clients.

    Rest assured, we cannot access or view your full credit card details through this system, except for the last four digits and expiry date, ensuring the highest level of privacy and security for your transactions.

  • Clients do not need a referral to access our services.

    Clients that are eligible  for Medicare  Rebates will require a referral and Health Care Plans from their General Practitioner

    We accept all Third party referrals; Workcover insurers, Aged Care Packages, EAP and VCT.

  • Intalink is proud to be a registered NDIS provider, delivering a variety of services to support individuals under the National Disability Insurance Scheme.

  • Intalink Therapy has Disability Access. Street Parking and off-street parking in public carpark across the road from our clinic.

  • Our offerings include Medicare-rebatable occupational therapy, physiotherapy, and exercise physiology services. These services are available for individual therapy sessions, either in person or via telehealth, provided the session meets Medicare’s minimum requirement of at least 20 minutes of contact time.

    Additionally, group sessions with six or more participants for occupational therapy are eligible for Medicare rebates.

    To access Medicare-rebatable services with Intalink, please ensure you have a Chronic Disease Management Plan or a Mental Health Care Plan referral from your GP. Please note that a gap fee applies.

  • Intalink offers occupational therapy, physiotherapy, and exercise physiology services that can be claimed through select private health funds. These claims are applicable to both individual and group sessions, whether conducted in person or via telehealth.

    We recommend confirming coverage with your health fund regarding our services.

  • In addition to supporting NDIS, Medicare, and private health fund clients, Intalink also welcomes private paying clients.

  • Offsite visits can be discussed as an option for your appointments. This option will be dependent on availability and capacity  of your chosen therapist

  • During your first appointment, your therapist will spend time getting to know you, your story, your strengths, and the areas where you’re facing challenges.

    They may gather information about your developmental history and family background, as well as inquire about any previous and current support you receive.

  • We understand that finding the right therapist is crucial. If you’re unsure about your therapist, consider these steps:

    • Have a conversation with your therapist about what you find helpful and what you don’t.

    • Give it time. Building relationships, including therapeutic ones, takes time. It’s recommended to attend at least three appointments to determine if you and your therapist are a good match.

    • It's okay if you and your therapist aren't the right fit! Your therapist will completely understand.
